Privacy policy of LTD Datorzinību centrs
LTD Datorzinību centrs (hereinafter referred to as DZC) implements the protection of your privacy. This privacy policy explains data processing and your options regarding how your personal data is collected and used.
DZC processes your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the European Union (EU) General Data Protection Regulation and other national data protection laws. Data privacy is important to us and our employees, customers, suppliers and other financial stakeholders or beneficiaries.
This document is applied to ensure the protection of privacy and personal data in relation to customers who receive the services offered by DZC (including potential, former and existing ones), as well as to third parties who, in connection with the provision of said services to a natural person (customer contacts, cooperation partners), receive or transfer any information to DZC (including contact persons, payers, etc.).
The purpose of the information systems used by us is to protect partners and clients from illegal or harmful direct or indirect, conscious or unconscious actions of persons, when processing information and data that come to the disposal of the relevant persons, as well as when using certain equipment for the performance of their work duties.
We collect and process all personal data and other information that can be used to identify an individual only if it is necessary and to the extent that it is necessary for the purpose of performing the work duties of our employees, provided that such activities are performed within the limits of the powers granted to the employee and in accordance with with the legal data protection requirements.
Purpose of personal data processing
The following data processing purposes are defined:
- for the sale of DZC services (to identify the client, prepare an offer, conclude a contract) and to ensure the performance and guarantee of the contract, for settlement;
- for promoting the DZC service and performing marketing activities;
- for DZC service quality assurance and statistical data collection.

Access to your personal data
The data subject has the right to request a copy of the personal data at any time, to check the correctness of the stored information and/or to correct or update this information. You can also request to delete your personal information completely if you currently have no active requests.
The data subject can submit a request for the exercise of his rights:
- in written form in person at the DZC office at Lāčplēša street 41, Riga, presenting an identity document;
- in the form of electronic mail to e-mail dzc@dzc.lv, signed with a secure electronic signature.
We will ensure the provision of information within 30 days from the moment of receipt of the request.
Amount of personal data
To provide training and improve quality – first name, last name, company name, e-mail address and phone number;
When applying for a product demonstration – name, surname, company, e-mail address;
Request for offers – e-mail address, first name, last name, phone number and all information provided by the potential customer.
For concluding contracts and invoicing – name, surname, company name, registration number / personal identification number, e-mail address and telephone number.
When applying for a seminar or conference – name, surname, company, position, e-mail address, phone number;
When applying for a vacancy – e-mail address, first name, last name, phone number and all information that is included in your CV.
Duration of data storage
All data and information collected and processed in any form (printed, electronic, etc.) are subject to the requirements of this policy and any regulatory framework regarding the collection, processing, protection and storage of data/information, and such documents are stored in a secure location specified by the company with such storage period as provided by the applicable laws and/or specified by the company.
